Shipping information
Stripe securely collects the card and full shipping address during checkout. Shipping timing and cost are set by each designer; payment confirmation does not create a shipment. Because yardage is cut to order, please allow the designer's stated cutting time before your fabric ships.
Order updates
When fulfillment launches, customers will receive confirmation and tracking details at the email used at checkout.
Returns & refunds
Final return windows, eligible items and refund timing will be published after Designer Fabrics For the Home confirms its marketplace policy. Contact support before returning an item so the correct designer can help.
Damaged or incorrect items
Keep the packaging, photograph the issue, and contact us promptly with the order number.
